Net Merchant Agreement

To obtain payment using credit/debit cards it will be necessary to obtain a special on-line 'cardholder not present' arrangement with a card processor such as NatWest Streamline or Barclays Merchant Services. Grosvenor Media will assist in the submission process free of additional charge. There may however be charges made by the specialised interface suppliers, dependent upon the one used the charge can be up to £1,500 to set up and then typically 3% per transaction. For cases where an online catalogue is set up, we usually charge per extra page.
Grosvenor Media will present full costings of this option if required.
